Getting Started
Every Master Lease we sign up for starts with an in-depth conversation, whether it’s in our offices, over the phone or through online video calls. We chat with you about our expectations and go over exactly what you need from us as master leaseholders. Open communication is a must for our service to function at its best, and keeping you in the loop is essential for how we do business.
Once we’ve agreed to move to lease, we need to look at your property. At this point, we’ll need to visit your house, apartment, or condo to take a look at the age, condition, and any repairs required. We’ll also take photos at this stage, which can be provided to you.
If everything looks good, and you’re happy to proceed, the next step is signing the paperwork. We’ll provide a complete rent analysis with our suggested rental amount for the specified rental period, which you can then agree to, beginning the tenancy process. All documents are signed electronically for your convenience.
Once everything’s signed, we are officially your new, Perfect Tenant. We’ll take it all from here, allowing you to go about your day worry-free knowing your rent will arrive electronically on the same day each month. That’s all there is to it – we do all the hard work from here on out, and you enjoy the rewards.
If property management is not working for you, or you just don't have the time and energy to deal with tenants yourself, then The Perfect Tenant is your ideal solution. We're experts in our field and have the experience to back up our claims.
With over 20 years of industry experience and the recommendation of more than 200 landlords in the Contra Costa County area for thousands of properties, We are the cure to your rental headache.
